Written and directed by six-time Carlos Palanca Awardee Edward Perez, Shift Happens follows four young friends as they encounter communities affected by poverty, inequality, corruption, and injustice. Through their experiences, the production explores themes of privilege, social responsibility, civic engagement, and collective action.
The production’s CALABARZON tour aims to make theater more accessible to young audiences while creating spaces for dialogue and reflection on issues affecting Filipino communities.
