Changemakers Scholarship Program (CSP)

The Changemakers Scholarship Program (CSP) provides financial and non-financial support to scholars in college. It aims to create an environment where youth from low-income families can unlock their potential for changemaking in collaboration with fellow scholars, their families, and their communities through a participatory development approach.

Currently, CSP supports 28 scholars from various schools and universities across Manila, Cebu, and Mindanao, including UP Cebu and UP Mindanao. Through the program, scholars receive support to pursue their education while developing their skills, strengthening their leadership and changemaking capacities, and taking meaningful action within their communities.
