In 2025, Move to Change Foundation continued building sustainable pathways for young people, their families, and communities to transform ideas into meaningful action. The year saw the launch of the Mini-Social Enterprise Incubation Program and Youth Social Enterprise Financing Program, alongside continued work in scholarships, youth-led changemaking, urban agriculture, social entrepreneurship, and enterprise development. The Changemakers Scholarship Program supported 26 scholars across Manila, Cebu, and Mindanao, while four scholar-led changemaking projects addressed voter and media literacy, reading literacy, environmental stewardship, and community action. Through partnerships, learning opportunities, and shared purpose, M2C continued empowering youth to become active changemakers in their communities.
