Partners and Stakeholders Engagement and Strengthening (PSES) Program
The Partners and Stakeholders Engagement and Strengthening (PSES) Program is an initiative by Move to Change that was built and consolidated from our past experiences in capability building, which we have been doing since 2020.
We provide interventions and training on enterprise development, urban agriculture, youth-led changemaking, and program impact evaluation.
Our enterprise development training (FamilESE Program) is designed to develop the three elements that Move to Change aims to nurture — Family, Education, and Social Enterprise. It aims to strengthen family relationships in relation to the enterprise, increase their knowledge on financial literacy and enterprise development, and start and/or develop their sustainable sources of livelihood.
Our urban agriculture workshop aims to help organizations and communities understand urban farming and its benefits, learn practical techniques for sustainable food production in urban spaces, and develop a deeper appreciation for sustainable agriculture and food security.
Our changemaking program aims to empower the youth to lead and inspire change within themselves, their communities, and society. To achieve this, the program creates an environment for learners to cultivate different life, relationship-building, and youth leadership skills. Under this program, the youth design and implement their changemaking projects aimed at addressing social issues that they identify.
The impact evaluation program seeks to determine the effectiveness of development intervention programs and assess the extent to which they have achieved their intended outcomes.
