The FamilESE Program is anchored on the family as an institution. Move to Change loosely defines “family” as members having relationship with one another, regardless of affinity and proximity. Through this Program, we aim to work with the youth, together with their families, to achieve sustainable sources of livelihood.

The FamilESE Program provides our partner-families free access to learning sessions valued at more than Php32,500.00 or approximately $630. In addition, one-on-one mentoring from subject matter experts is made available to partners free of charge. Loans for start-up capital and market linkages may also be provided, depending on the business proposals and readiness of the partners.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning sessions and mentoring are done exclusively online but we hope to shift mode in the future. We thus provide a monthly internet load allowance to our partner-families to enable them to attend the online classes, submit their assignments, avail of the one-on-one mentoring, and connect to the market.

Move to Change Community also provides the partners with health insurance covering the duration of the Program.
