Move to Change is open to individuals who share our vision and values. Since we are a group of multi-skilled, multi-faceted, and growth-minded leaders, we welcome potential Team Members and Prime Movers who possess any combination of the following skills:
- Management of social enterprises, non-profit, and/or cooperatives;
- E-Commerce, marketing management, and/or customer service relations;
- Production and design of marketing materials including video production, editing, rendering, publication, and distribution;
- Financial skills, including but not limited to program/product profitability analysis, budget variance analysis, cost management, and investment analysis.
- Product research and development;
- Community and/or youth sector development;
- Urban farming and permaculture.
Aside from the specialized skills above, applicants must have all of the following, too:
- Basic project management and report writing;
- Computer literacy, particularly in the use of MS Office and Google Suite;
- Coordination and management of relationships with Move to Change staff and stakeholders;
- Good administration skills (i.e. detail-oriented, systematic, and organized);
- Ability to facilitate and/or set up online meetings sessions through various platforms (e.g. Zoom, FB live, Google Meet, etc.), including provision of technical support and video recording, when necessary.
